To obtain housing for the 2010 NCSL Legislative Summit, you must first register for the meeting.

After you register, you will receive a registration confirmation e-mail that will contain your housing identification number and a direct link to the NCSL housing page.  

If you do not complete your housing immediately after registering for the meeting, the housing identification number provided will allow you to access housing at your convenience. 

Please retain your registration confirmation and housing identification number.  Contact Tricia Simmons, 303 856-1456, Lisa Castro, 303 856-1358, or Rise Jones in Meetings, 303-856-1653, if you misplace your confirmation e-mail or housing ID number.  Your confirmation will be re-sent to the email address provided at the time of registration.
  
Reservations must be made through the NCSL Housing Bureau by June 28, 2010, to guarantee conference rates.  Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out.

Guarantees
you must secure your room reservation with a credit card guarantee in the amount of $200. Reservations will not be made or held unless a guarantee is provided. The Housing Bureau will not charge your credit card unless the reservation is cancelled and a fee applies. 

Please note: A check can be used as payment at the hotel, but a credit card must be used to guarantee your reservation. 

Hospitality Suites
All requests for suites must be made through the NCSL Housing Bureau by completing the suite request form.

Confirmations
Once you've made your hotel reservation, the NCSL Housing Bureau will send your housing acknowledgment code to you by e-mail or fax.  Please review all information for accuracy.  If you do not receive a confirmation or if you have questions, please call the Housing Bureau toll free at 866-212-2297 or e-mail ncsl@experient-inc.com.

You will not receive a confirmation directly from the hotel.  We ask that you do not call your hotel to verify your reservation.  Hotels will have all rooming lists from the NCSL Housing Bureau by June 29, 2010.

Changes or Cancellations
All changes and cancellations to an existing reservation must be made in writing through the NCSL Housing Bureau by June 28.

Cancelled reservations will be assessed the following  processing fees:

• After May 14, 2010, cancellations are subject to a
  $130 processing fee.
• After June 28, 2010, cancellations will forfeit the $200 guarantee or will be charged one night's room rate and tax, whichever is greater.
• Please note: Cancelling your housing reservation does not automatically cancel your meeting registration. Contact NCSL to cancel or modify your meeting registration: registration@ncsl.org or fax 303-364-7811.

Note:  If you do not check in on your confirmed arrival date, you will be considered a “no show.”  The hotel may cancel your reservation in its entirety.

For changes or cancellations after June 28, 2010, please contact your hotel directly.

Special Needs
If you require special consideration for housing to accommodate a disability, please notify the Housing Bureau when making your reservations.
