NCSL Legislative Summit - Chicago, Aug. 6-9, 2012

CLE Fee

A flat fee of $150 will cover the processing of all CLE sessions available at NCSL's Legislative Summit. You can pre-pay the $150 fee when you register online or pay when you arrive as payments will be accepted at the registration booth. CLE credit is available to full conference participants only. Certificates of attendance and evaluation forms will be available at the CLE booth located in the registration area.

NOTE: NCSL is not seeking pre-accreditation in Alaska, Arizona, California, Guam, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, and the Northern Mariana Islands; typically these jurisdictions will give reciprocal credit.

Continuing Legal Education CLE

NCSL is seeking CLE accreditation in 41 MCLE jurisdictions. As soon as the states confirm that the 2012 NCSL Legislative Summit or a portion thereof has been approved, we will add a link to the state listing the maximum number of credit hours approved.

We have identified 21 sessions that may be eligible for CLE credit. You can earn over 15 hours of CLE credit while meeting with your legislative colleagues and enjoying Chicago‑a year’s worth of CLE! The 2012 NCSL Legislative Summit offers three and one-half days of programs examining a range of policy areas—constitutional law, immigration law, pensions, health care, redistricting and more.
