As of Aug. 1, 2012, online registration is closed. You can still register onsite starting at 7:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 6, at McCormick Place West. Payment for registration can be made with cash, a personal or business check, money order or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa). Guest fees and tours must be paid for in advance.
Be sure to read our registration policies before you register for the meeting or if you need to make a change or cancellation.
Registration Check-In: All badges will be distributed onsite. You can pick up your badge, registration materials and meeting programs from the Registration Area in the Convention Center beginning Monday, August 6 at 8 a.m. and during registration hours throughout the week.
Security: All attendees will be required to present a photo ID in order to pick up their badge onsite. Badges will be required to attend sessions, board all shuttle buses and attend off-site events.
Badge replacement will incur a $25 fee.
Hospitality Suites
All requests for suites must be made through the NCSL Housing Bureau in writing. Complete the suite request form, available on our website. Once your request is submitted, you will be contacted within 48 hours regarding rates and availability. Prices, availability and suite types vary by property.
Special Needs
