Payment:
Payment for registration can be made with a credit card (American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard), in cash (onsite), or with a personal or business check or money order.
International Attendees:
Please register online or use this registration form. If you need to arrange for a wire transfer or have questions regarding the international program, contact Maggie Lamborn at 202-624-3573.
Registration Check-In:
All badges will be distributed onsite. You can pick up your badge, registration materials and meeting program from the Registration Area in the Convention Center beginning Monday, August 8 at 8 am and during registration hours throughout the week.
Security:
All attendees will be required to present a photo ID in order to pick up their badge onsite. Badges will be required to attend sessions, board all shuttle buses and attend off-site events. Note: badge replacement will incur a $25 fee.

The $189 Guest Program registration fee includes

- Clean Diesel Exhibit Hall luncheon
- Exhibit Hall admission
- Choice of two tours*
- Transportation to all venues listed in the tours
- 2012 Illinois reception
- Closing event: Texas Dancehall Review
*Additional tours may be purchased for $25 per tour for registered attendees.
The $129 Youth and Teen program registration fee includes
- Participation in the NCSL Youth Center daily
- Breakfast each morning
- Lunch each day
- Welcome reception: An Evening in Old San Antonio
- Clean Diesel Exhibit Hall luncheon
- Admission and transportation to all venues listed in the Youth Tours
- 2012 Illinois reception
- Closing event: Texas Dancehall Revue
- Supervision and child care by staff with a ratio of 1:8 or less
- Emergency medical and security personnel on site and on tours
