*Please note: To attend the Energy Policy or Health Reform Summit preconference, you must either be registered for the full conference or purchase a daily pass.
Badge replacement will incur a $25 fee.

Registration Includes
Main Registrant:

- Shuttle service between most conference hotels and the Convention Center

Registration Check-In
Materials will not be mailed in advance. You can pick up your badge, registration materials and program onsite beginning Sunday, July 25, at 7 am in the Registration area of the Kentucky International Convention Center. All attendees will be required to present a photo ID to pick up their badge. Badges will be required to attend sessions, board all shuttle buses and attende off-site events. Please see our program at-a-glance for registration hours.

If you require special consideration for housing to accommodate a disability, please notify the Housing Bureau when making your reservations.
