The Spring Forum of NCSL's Standing Committees examine federal issues and how they affect the states, as well as develop NCSL's advocacy positions before Congress and the administration. Like legislatures, the Standing Committees are structured to allow free and open debate, and every was welcome to attend. Spring Forum was held May 2-4, 2013, in Denver, Colo.
NCSL's e-Learning Center enables you to receive information and training through your computer at your convenience. There are a wide range of e-learning tools that dramatically expand NCSL's ability to deliver professional development programs to state legislatures. More

The NCSL Energy, Transportation and Agriculture Committee, the Environment Committee, the Communications, Financial Services and Interstate Commerce Committee and the Human Services and Welfare Committee along with the NCSL Hunger Partnership is pleased to co-sponsor a two-part series of six webinars. Part one will occur every Friday in June and part two 2 will take place after Legislative Summit, in September 2013. The topics will cross a variety of committee jurisdictions.
