Online registration for exhibitor badges is now closed. All requests for badge changes can be made on-site, starting Monday, August 18, at the exhibitor registration counter at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
Complimentary Floor Passes
Each exhibiting organization is entitled to four complimentary floor passes per 10’x10’ booth space purchased. Floor passes allow access to the exhibit hall during move-in, move-out and show hours. Floor passes also include entry to social events sponsored by the Minnesota Host Committee. Exhibitors who wish to attend the educational sessions or meal functions, as included in the meeting agenda, will be required to purchase a full conference registration.
Additional Floor Passes
If your organization requires additional floor passes beyond your complimentary allottment, they can be purchased for $100 each.
Exhibitor Full Conference Registration
An exhibitor full conference registration includes the same access as a floor pass, plus access to all sessions, general sessions, lunches and social events.
Badges | Security
Each exhibitor will be required to present a government-issued photo ID in order to register onsite or pick up registration materials. Badges will be required to board all shuttles and attend all events.
Materials will not be mailed in advance. You can pick up your badge and registration materials onsite beginning Monday, Aug.,18, at 8 a.m. in the Registration area of the Minneapolis Convention Center.
Exhibitor Appointed Contractor
Exhibitor set-up badges are available for exhibitor-appointed contractors to use during move-in and move-out hours only. These can be picked up onsite at the exhibitor registration desk.
