NCSL Mailing List Policy
Profile
Elected state legislators in the 50 states, U.S. Commonwealths, Territories and the Washington, D.C. derived from the database maintained by the National Conference of State Legislatures. This is the most current, accurate list of state legislators. Unless specified, address is automatically selected at their district address (home, office or district office) or state capital depending on whether or not the legislature is in session. List is updated continuously by NCSL, but mailers should allow at least one month following state elections for addresses and committee assignments to be updated.
Selections
State/zip, gender, political party, state leadership assignment and committee assignments available at no extra charge.
Rental Agreement & Restrictions
ONE-TIME USE ONLY. All lists furnished on a rental basis and may not be copied, reused or used by anyone other than the original renter. Written order and sample mail piece required. NCSL reserves the right to refuse to provide lists which would be used to mail materials that, in the judgment of NCSL, are unsuitable.
Before your lists are delivered, NCSL must receive a sample piece of your mailing.
Terms
Payment due 30 days from invoice date. No cancellations accepted after labels have been printed or lists have been sent.
