Overview

Doug Chapin, director of Elections Initiatives for the Pew Center on the States, gave a brief interview to NCSL at the fall forum.  In this three-minute video, he looks back at the most recent election (and the past decade of elections). His view is that the states have focused on how we vote and how we count the votes, and that in the next few years we will be considering the costs of elections as well.
