America's Legislators Back to School Program
 Evaluation Forms
NCSL has developed online evaluation forms for coordinators, legislators, teachers and students. Feedback from participants in the program has been tremendously valuable for us and we hope that you will make every effort to help us evaluate the event. We encourage you to use the new online forms. The results will automatically be tabulated in a database. We also will accept the hard copy evaluations, available in PDF, that can be printed and mailed or faxed to NCSL.
