NCSL Webinars allow attendees to participate in meetings taking place around the world from the comfort of their desks. They are collaborative, interactive and easy to use. Most webinars will be recorded for those who are unable to attend the live meeting.

Planning and Scoping Evaluations

The audit and evaluation process is broken into three phases: planning/scoping, fieldwork and writing. This 60-minute webinar will focus on the first phase—planning and scoping evaluations. It will cover general best practices and pitfalls for planning and scoping; an overview of Texas's scoping tool and staff training; and Michigan's referent group meeting.

This webinar is sponsored by the National Legislative Program Evaluation Society as part of its continuing effort to bring professional development opportunities to its members.
