Network with other staffers while attending sessions covering a wide array of topics, from Ethics Pitfalls, Policy Speed Learning, Managing Leadership Change, Member Training and more. 

Registration

Registration Information Registration fees are:

Legislative Staff: $200
Host state discount (Tennessee): $150
 

Two ways to register:

Register Online
Requires a credit card for everyone except legislators and legislative staff. Confirmations will be sent by email. Deadline to register online is July 30th, 2019.

Onsite Registration
If you can't make the registration cut-off, onsite registration will be available onsite. Please email Megan McClure to let her know you'd like to register onsite.

Cancellations received in the NCSL Denver office by July 30, will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to 303-364-7811. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the conference begins.

Hotel Information

Hotel InformationPlease make your hotel reservations for the PDS at the Double Tree Nashville Downtown by May 29th, 2019. After that date, the LSS room block will be opened up for Summit housing and after July 15th the room rate cannot be guaranteed.

A convenient and inexpensive way to travel to and from the Nashville International Airport and downtown Music City. For just $1.60, you can ride the Nashville MTA's route 18 Airport/Elm Hill Pike bus between the Nashville International Airport and Downtown Music City. Nashville's Downtown Circulator offers a free and convenient way to get around downtown and the Gulch. The Green Circuit takes you between the Gulch and Riverfront Station. The Blue Circuit runs south to north serving key destinations between the Schermerhorn Symphony Center and Bicentennial Mall. The Purple Circuit runs primarily south of Broadway along Hermitage and Second Avenues and serves key destinations between Riverfront Station and the Richard H. Fulton Complex.
