The 2019 NALFO Professional Development Seminar (PDS) will be held Oct. 9-11 in Columbus, Ohio.

The NCSL Fiscal Analysts Seminar provides both the knowledge of national experts and the expertise of senior legislative staff who are policy experts in their states.

This seminar is designed specifically for legislative fiscal and research staff with budget or tax responsibilities. The seminar is a unique opportunity to explore key topics in depth and meet informally with colleagues from around the country to discuss common concerns.

Registration

Registration Fee: Early bird rate is $375 (through Sept. 13); post-early bird is $400. 

Meeting Dates: Oct. 9-11, 2019

Two ways to register:

  • Register online. Register online by Oct. 4.
  • Onsite registration. If you can't make the registration cut-off, onsite registration will be available at The Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel on Oct. 9. 

Cancellations received in the NCSL Denver office by Oct. 8, will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to 303-364-7811. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the conference begins.

Hotel Information

Please make your hotel reservations at the The Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel. The rate is $179 per night, plus taxes and fees.

Each attendee is responsible for making his or her hotel and travel arrangements. If arranging hotel accommodations by phone, please indicate that you are attending the NCSL conference to receive the negotiated rate per night.
