Cultivating Winning Relationships
St. Moritz/Heidelberg Room, Lobby Level, Chateau on the Lake Resort

For most of us, the early part of our career is spent developing our technical expertise and that’s typically how our value is assessed. Yet, research and experience has shown that, as you progress through your career, it is the quality of your relationships that has a great impact on your success.

Relationships matter. The working world is likely the biggest team sport you will ever play. However, few of us are equipped with a mindset that values mutual success over individual success. Morag Barrett will assist attendees in understanding why quality working relationships matter, applying framework to evaluate the quality of relationships and identifying steps needed to address adversarial and ally relationships.
