We all have plenty to do, and most of us struggle to find the time to accomplish all that we want in our professional and personal lives.  This time crunch has gotten even worse as our workloads have increased with cuts in budgets and personnel.  In this free one-hour webinar, Katherine Ray, President and Principal of Ray Associates, Inc., will present basic techniques to help cope with these “time trials.”   Staff familiar with time management concepts and new students alike will find the material useful, either as a refresher to techniques already learned, motivation to harness time better, or first-time introduction to helpful time management concepts.   The webinar will identify several critical time wasters and time savers; examine various principles, tips, and techniques for getting organized; and present some basic concepts from Steven Covey's time management literature.
