Mission Statement
The mission of the NCSL Young and New Professionals is to engage, educate, and support the state legislative leaders of tomorrow through targeted professional development, networking opportunities and recognition.
Goals

Connect. Provide opportunities for professional networking by being your gateway to NCSL's Standing Committees and Staff Section networks.

Career Development. Offer continuing education to develop and support professional growth and build leadership capacity.
