This Webinar will offer strategies for legislative libraries that are interested in creating databases that contain historical information about legislators. States such as Colorado, Minnesota and Texas are developing databases that trace legislator information past and present. Each state has faced different issues in developing the databases and this tutorial would help to illuminate these issues for states that are thinking about developing similar databases.
