HOTEL INFORMATION
Attendees for the seminar will need to make their own hotel reservations, as NCSL is not contracting a block of rooms this year at a specific hotel. NCSL highly recommends that attendees make reservations at:
Here are two additional hotels that may have rooms available:
Each attendee is responsible for making his or her hotel and travel arrangements.
To make reservations, a major credit card guarantee may be required. Since NCSL is not holding a block of rooms, reservations should be made as soon as possible to guarantee a room at an affordable rate.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The seminar is a relaxed learning experience, and business casual attire is recommended for all seminar programs and activities. Fall in Saint Paul can be cool with an average temperature in the 50s and 60s. Bring a sweater or light jacket, since meeting rooms and evenings may be cool.
The Embassy Suites St. Paul - Downtown is located at 175 East 10th Street and is a brisk walk to the State Capitol, where most sessions will be held. The hotel is a 1/2 mile to the Capitol, so bring your walking shoes!
