Unemployment Legislation Database

State unemployment legislation from the current legislative session is available in a searchable database.  You may search by state, bill number, author, status or key word, or track all unemployment-related bills by leaving the search boxes blank.  You also can track specific issues, by selecting a topic, including benefits and eligibility, administration, taxes, solvency, federal requirements, workforce training or workshare programs.

The database is updated every two weeks.  For more information, contact Jeanne Mejeur.
