Delaware became the second state to adopt same-sex marriage this week, making it the 11th state, along with the District of Columbia, to allow marriage between same-sex couples. The Minnesota and Illinois legislatures are actively considering bills that would authorize same-sex marriage. More

Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse and Neglect

Approximately 112 bills in 35 states have been introduced in the 2013 legislative session on the reporting of suspected child abuse and neglect. Eight bills have been enacted. More
