State implementation of the Affordable Care Act has just begun. As health reform's inaugural year, 2010 was the start of a long journey to the largest expansion of health insurance coverage in history. As we approach the 2014 implementation date, each year will be significant toward building a foundation to support these changes. So what’s next for 2011? Participate in a discussion addressing the timeline for 2011 and approaches legislatures should consider as they move forward.
