States Implement Health Reform Briefs
 NCSL is producing a series of brief reports about a variety of topics contained in the federal health reform legislation, known as the Accountable Care Act of 2010 (ACA). The briefs are intended to help legislators and legislative staff understand better various provisions of the ACA and to provide resources for additional information. In addition, the briefs may help state legislators communication with their constituents about the law and its provisions. The briefs include topics that range from a basic overview of the law, to insurance reforms, to options that allow some state flexibiliy in implementation. Please check back for updates.
