The Task Force on Energy Supply was invited to participate in a Critical Infrastructure Workshop to discuss the legislature’s role in protecting our country’s utility systems.

State and Federal experts coordinated this highly interactive workshop to discuss the roles of legislatures in assuring the protection of our country’s key utility systems. It explored emergency preparedness, interdependencies, regional coordination, cost recovery, cyber security, and where legislatures fit in critical infrastructure protection.
