| The registration fee is payable in advance to the National Conference
of State Legislatures or on site. The deadline for pre-registration
is MARCH 31, 2005. Sorry, no on site substitutions.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made
in writing and may be faxed to (303) 364-7811. Cancellations
received in the NCSL Denver office by April 13, 2005, will be refunded,
less a $50 processing fee. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund
processing. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled
after the conference begins.
A block of rooms was reserved at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill at a special room rate of $189. The deadline to make the hotel reservation at that preferential rate was March 16, 2005. At this time there are no rooms left at the special rate, but you can still reserve a room at a higher rate.

official travel headquarters, to receive discounts off regular coach and
lowest applicable round-trip airfares to Washington, D.C. Airline
