Refund Policy
All cancellations, changes or substitutions must be made in writing: fax to 303-364-7811 or e-mail us. Cancellations received in the NCSL Denver office by March 24, 2010, will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Please allow four to six weeks for refund processing. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the conference begins. No onsite substitutions, please.
