Racial Equity in Child Welfare: The Role of State Legislators - 11:45 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Being a personal staffer to a state legislator has unique challenges and demands broad expertise. This day-long seminar will outline how to: provide first class constituent service, stay organized, manage a legislative agenda and develop critical interpersonal skills. Coordinating Services for Students with Disabilities Through Interagency Collaboration
10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

The NCSL Interagency CADRE is a group committed to exploring innovative models of service coordination and cross-agency collaboration to improve results for vulnerable populations. Come learn about state practices that can improve outcomes for students with disabilities as they move from youth to adulthood.  Please RSVP to Jennifer Stedron at (303) 856-1427.
