International Delegates

The 2008 NCSL Legislative Summit & Exhibition will be held July 21-26, 2008 in New Orleans, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, 900 Convention Center Blvd, New Orleans, Louisiana.

Housing information
International attendees who want to make a hotel reservation should review the NCSL Housing Page.  If you are planning to bring a delegation or if you need special assistance, NCSL's International Programs Department in our Washington, D.C., office will assist you. Please call 202-624-5400 and ask for the International Programs Department. Otherwise, all requests for housing should be made directly with NCSL's Housing Bureau.  

Registration information
International delegates can register themselves or a guest or a youth online or by faxing this registration form. If you are unable to pre-register, registration will be available in the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, beginning Monday, July 21, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
