Housing Information

Reservations must be made through the NCSL Housing Bureau by June 15, 2008, in order to guarantee the conference rates.  All reservations must be made in writing.  Please make your reservations in one of the following ways:

Hotel reservations are made in the order in which they are received.  Individuals who would like to share a room should submit only one application listing all occupants in each room.  Each sleeping room must be occupied by at least one registered attendee who is 18 years or older. 

Be sure to read the housing policies before you make your reservations.

ALERT! NCSL has been made aware of a false telephone promotion and fraudulent collection of credit card information for this years Legislative Summit Housing. Please note: NCSL and its housing bureau do not telephone offering "special" New Orleans hotel reservations. If you have questions about an unauthorized solicitation, the online system or about housing in general, please contact Sarah Utzig at 303-856-1453.

Changes to reservations
If you need to cancel, change or make a substitution to your housing reservation, please contact the NCSL Housing Bureau directly in writing.

Special Needs
If you require ADA housing accomodations , please notify the Housing Bureau when making your reservations.

Hospitality Suites:  If you interested in reserving a suite, please fill out the Suite Request form and send it to:

If you are looking for a larger or adjoining sleeping room, but do not plan to entertain in the suite, please indicate this on your form. 

Once your request is received, you will be contacted regarding rates and availability.  Prices, availability and suite types vary by property.
