Online and preregistration is now closed. Exhibitors can still register onsite in the Morial Convention Center.
Complimentary Floor Passes
Each exhibiting organization is entitled to four (4) complimentary floor passes per 10' x 10' booth space purchased. Floor passes allow admittance to the exhibit hall during move-in and move-out and exhibit show hours, in addition to social events. Exhibitors who wish to attend the educational sessions or other meal functions that are part of the meeting agenda will be required to purchase a full conference registration.
Additional Floor Passes: If your organization requires additional floor passes beyond the number of passes that are provided complimentary, they can be purchased for $100 each. You can register the additional passes online or you can mail in the order form with a check.
Exhibitor Full Conference Registration: An exhibitor full conference registration includes a floor pass and allows access to all NCSL program sessions, general sessions, lunches, social events, and the exhibit hall during exhibit hours as well as during move-in and move-out.
The pre-registration deadline was July 4, 2008.
Changes and Substitutions
Floor Pass Changes & Substitutions
Name substitutions are available on complimentary floor pass registrations, additional floor pass registrations, and full conference registrations. Floor pass name change requests made after the July 4th deadline will be charged a $25 change fee. No onsite substitutions for additional floor pass or full conference registrations will be allowed. Changes and substitutions can be emailed to registration@ncsl.org.
Full Conference Substitution Policy
Substitutions require an additional processing fee of $25. To make a substitution you must: (a) submit a written notice of cancellation indicating a request to transfer payment; (b) submit a new registration form. No onsite substitutions are allowed. Substitutions requested after the registration cut-off date will incur the higher registration fee.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to registration@ncsl.org or faxed to (303) 364-7811. Full conference registrations will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee, if received in the NCSL Denver office by July 21, 2008. Additional floor passes and guest/youth registrations will be fully refunded. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the conference begins.
Badges/Security
Each adult attendee will be required to present a government-issued ID with a photograph in order to register onsite. Badges will be required to board all shuttles and attend all events.
Exhibit staff: Exhibitors have to wear a badge at all times while in the exhibit hall, from move-in through move-out.
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors: Exhibitor set-up badges are available for exhibitor-appointed contractors to use during move-in and move-out. Please refer to your Exhibitor Manual for additional information or contact Amanda Korte at 303-364-7700.
