Complimentary Floor Passes
Each exhibiting organization is entitled to four (4) complimentary floor passes per 10’ x 10’ booth space purchased. Floor passes allow admittance to the exhibit hall only. Floor pass badges and program materials can be picked up at exhibitor registration onsite. If you need additional floor passes, they are available for $100 each. Please complete and send the form.
Full Conference Registration for Exhibitors
If you want to participate in the Annual Meeting sessions, you will need a Full Conference Registration available for an additional fee listed below. A Full Conference Registration includes: access to all NCSL program sessions, plenary sessions, lunches, social events, the exhibit hall, as well as an additional floor pass.

Floor Pass Changes & Substitutions
Name substitutions are available on Complimentary Floor Pass registrations and paid registrations before July 6. Floor pass name change requests made after the deadline will be charged a $25 fee. No on-site substitutions for additional floor pass or full conference registrations will be allowed.
Full Conference Substitution Policy
Substitutions require an additional processing fee of $25. To make a substitution you must: (a) Submit a written notice of cancellation indicating a request to transfer payment; (b) Submit a new registration form. No on-site substitutions are allowed. Substitutions requested after the registration cut-off date will incur the higher registration fee.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and may be faxed to 303-364-7811. Full conference registrations will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee if received in the NCSL Denver office by August 3, 2007. Additional floor passes and guest/youth registrations will be fully refunded. Please allow four to six weeks for refund processing. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the conference begins. |
