Guarantees
All attendees will be required to guarantee their room ($190) by completing the credit card information section on the housing form. Reservations will not be made or held unless a guarantee is provided. 

Credit Card:  The credit card number is provided as a guarantee only.  The NCSL Housing Bureau will not charge the credit card unless the reservation is cancelled and a cancellation fee is incurred. After August 1 and prior to your arrival, some hotels may charge your card one night's room and tax.  For reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival, the hotel will charge you the $190 guarantee or one night's room and tax, whichever is greater.

Confirmations
The NCSL Housing Bureau will send you a confirmation by e-mail or fax.  Please review all information for accuracy.  If you do not receive a confirmation or have questions, please call (866) 212-2297 or e-mail them.

We will make every attempt to confirm housing requests within 48 hours of receiving the reservation.  You will not receive a confirmation directly from the hotel.  If your hotel choice cannot be fulfilled, the NCSL Housing Bureau reserves the right to confirm your reservations at a comparable hotel as contracted by NCSL. 

Cancellations/Changes/Substitutions
Cancellations received on or after July 6, 2007, are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received on or after July 13 are subject to a $125 cancellation fee.  Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the $190 guarantee or will be charged one night's room and tax, whichever is greater. 

No Shows:  If you do not arrive at the hotel on the date indicated you will be considered a "no-show" and will forfeit your $190 guarantee or your credit card will be charged one night's room and tax, whichever is greater.  The hotel may also cancel your room reservation in its entirety. 

Changes: If you need to cancel, change or make a substitution to your housing reservation, please contact your hotel directly.
