REGISTRATION
Three ways to register:
- Register online. The link for online registration Registration online requires a credit card for attendees who pay a registration fee. Confirmations will be sent by e-mail, and meeting materials will be available on site.
- Fax Registration

- Onsite Registration
If you are unable to meet the January 11, 2012 registration deadline, you may register onsite at the East Beach Conference Center, Kiawah Island, South Carolina.
- Registration Fees
$0 for legislators, legislative staff
$0 for past NCSL presidents and staff chairs
$0 for NCSL Foundation for State
Legislatures Platinum and Gold level sponsors
$0 for spouses/guests
$300 for all other attendees
- Spouse/Guest Registration
Necessary for badge preparation, but there is no registration fee charged.
Cancellations received in the NCSL Denver office by January 18 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to 303.364.7811. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the meeting begins.
Confirmations will be e-mailed if an address is provided. Letter confirmations will be mailed upon request.

Air service to Kiawah Island Resort is available through Charleston International Airport, located approximately 35 miles from Kiawah Island. Make flight arrangements early for the best rates.

Ground Transportation
Ground Transportation from the airport to resort is to be made by attendees. See Flyer above. On Kiawah Island only, complimentary transportation vans are provided exclusively to all registered guests of the Resort.
East Beach Conference Center
Situated in the heart of the Resort among private homes and resort villas, East Beach Conference Center conveys the low-key atmosphere of a traditional town hall. The center offers a convenient setting within easy walking distance of accommodations, restaurants, and resort activities.
