NCSL Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

Legislative Summit

Chicago, Illinois

August 5, 2012

Senator Stephen Morris, NCSL President, called the meeting to order.  The following officers were present:

Senator Bruce Starr, Oregon, Vice President
Senator Richard Moore, Massachusetts, Immediate Past President
Michael Adams, Virginia, Staff Chair
Patsy Spaw, Texas, Staff Vice Chair
Tim Rice, Illinois, Immediate Past Staff Chair

A quorum was present with 52 members of the Executive Committee in attendance.
