NCSL's Fiscal Affairs Program has compiled two state tables pertaining to green issues: one that categorizes green tax incentives for clean energy and transportation, energy efficiency and environmental protection; and one that outlines state taxes for environmental risks posed by certain products and industrial processes.  They are available following the links below.

Table 1 provides a summary of renewable energy, energy efficiency, low vehicle emissions, alternative fuels, and green infrastructure releated incentives in all 50 states:

Table 2 is a 50 state overview of taxes on products and processes having environmental risks such as chemicals, waste disposal, and air emissions:
