Linking an Ethical Culture and Job Conduct
The Ethics Resource Center recently found that a "strong ethical conduct is key to cutting misconduct on the job." According to the study, organizations with strong ethical values – from top executives to middle managers to workers – experience less misconduct, more frequent reporting of misbehavior and less retaliation at work.
