Multimedia: NCSL Fall Forum, Dec. 9-12, 2009

NCSL’s 2009 Fall Forum in San Diego drew a large group of legislators, legislative staff and others for discussion on a wide range on policy issues. U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan challenged lawmakers to look for opportunities for improvement and reform. NCSL’s latest State Budget Update delivered sobering news on state fiscal conditions. U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk talked about the key role global trade plays in a robust economy.
