NCSL's Forum and Meeting of the Standing Committees

NCSL must receive your registration by November 29. If you are unable to meet the pre-registration deadline, please register onsite. Registration fees are payable to NCSL. Cancellations made in writing and received in the NCSL Denver office by December 7, will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee.

General Information
Casual business attire is appropriate for all seminar events. Be sure to bring a sweater or light jacket, evenings and meeting rooms may be cool.

    Hotel Reservation Deadline: November 5

Please make your hotel reservations directly with the Arizona Biltmore. Reserve online using group code "NCSL" or call  602-955-6600 and indicate that you are attending the “NCSL Fall Forum” to receive a room rate of $199 single or double, plus tax. Reservations must be held by a credit card. The deadline for making hotel reservations is November 5. After that date, reservations will be accepted at the seminar rate based on room availability.

*Note: You will not be charged the extra $28 noted on the reservations website as long as you use group code "NCSL."

Travel Accommodations
For flights, we invite you to use Christopherson Travel, the official travel agency of NCSL, at 800-825-3283 or 303-694-4344 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. MDT. Airline reservations should be made at least seven days in advance. Christopherson Travel maintains a 24-hour toll-free line for changes and emergencies.

Ground Transportation
The Arizona Biltmore is located 8 miles from the SkyHarbor International Airport in Phoenix. This hotel does not provide shuttle service.
