Executive Committee Policies
 Review Executive Committee Policies adopted at the 2009 NCSL Legislative Summit. Each policy passed both the committee and the annual business meeting by three-fourths vote before adoption. These policies on state-federal issues will guide NCSL's lobbying efforts in Washington, D.C. NCSL lobbies Congress, the White House and federal agencies for the benefit of state legislatures. More
