National Redistricting Seminar

 The 2010 census is less than a year away, so states are now preparing in earnest for the redistricting process that follows the delivery of census data.  NCSL is your primary resource for information on the process, law and technology necessary for redistricting. Our first of five National Redistricting Seminars was a tremendous success and a valuable learning experience for both seasoned professionals and attendees new to the process. Copies of the presentations from the San Francisco National Redistricting Seminar are available here.  

What Is A Competitive District?
